Ingrediente
- 2 kg cartofi
- 150 gr-200gr bacon
- 1 bucata carnati cu sunca
- 3 oua
- 2 oua fierte tari
- parmezan
- 200 gr telemea rasa
- 150 gr cascaval ras
- sare
- piper
- condiment pentru cartofi
- patrunjel
- unt pentru uns tava
Mod de preparare reteta Cartofi taranesti (2)
Curatam cartofii,ii taiem rondele si ii punem la fiert in apa cu sare cam 15minute la foc potrivit din momentul in care incepe apa sa fiarba.Ii scoatem la scurs intr-o sita.Ouale fierte le curatam de coaja si le taiem rondele.Taiem si baconul si carnatii felii.
Ungem o tava cu unt si punem jumatate din cartofi,presaram condiment pentru cartofi(sau sare,piper,vegeta),punem deasupra bacon,restul de cartofi,feliile de carnati,presaram parmezan.
Batem ouale cu sare si piper si le turnam deasupra compozitiei,apoi presaram cascavalul ras si dam la cuptorul preincalzit pana se rumeneste frumos deasupra.
