un fel de snitel DELICIOS.... 


  • 2piepturi de pui dezosat fara os
  • 75gr susan
  • 4linguri unt
  • 4linguri sos de soia
  • 2linguri faina
  • sare
  • piper

Mod de preparare reteta Piept de pui cu susan la cuptor

Semintele de susan  le punem intr-o tigaie si le lasam pe foc cateva minute,pana se rumenesc,amestecand din cand in cand.Lasam sa se racoreasca apoi amestecam cu faina,sare  si piper dupa gust.
Pietul de pui il taiem bucati mai mari.
Sosul de soia  il punem intr-o farfurie si trecem prin el bucatile de carne,apoi prin amestecul de susan.
Untul il punem la topit cateva clipe la microunde.
Punem bucatile de carne intr-un vas termorezistent si le stropim cu untl topit.Dam la cuptorul preincalzit pana carnea se rumeneste frumos.Stropim din cand in cand cu untul din vas.
